Seven Churches Removed from Membership Roster

CHICAGO, IL (June 27, 2014) — Seven churches from four conferences were removed from denominational membership during the 129th Annual Meeting of the Evangelical Covenant Church this morning.

East Coast Conference

Evangelical Covenant Church of Montclair, Montclair, New Jersey. The church joined the Covenant in 1895 and had 20 members when it closed.

Northwest Conference

Bethany Covenant Church, Richfield, Minnesota. The church joined the Covenant in 1904 and had 124 members when it closed.

Pacific Northwest Conference

Pathway Covenant Church, Boise, Idaho. The church joined the Covenant in 2008 and had 35 members when it closed.

Minnehaha Covenant Church, Spokane, Washington. The church joined the Covenant in 1955 and had 30 members when it closed.

Pacific Southwest Conference

Iglesia del Pacto Evangélico, San Francisco, California. The church joined the Covenant in 1976 and had 18 members when it closed.

New Hope Covenant Church, Glendale, Arizona. The church joined the Covenant in 2001 and had 105 members when it closed.

Iglesia del Pacto Evangélico Salem, Los Angeles, California. The church joined the Covenant in 2000 and had 14 members when it closed.
