Executive and Youth Pastor,

Dominique grew up in the Covenant and has spent more than a decade helping develop the next generation of Covenant youth. He has served as a youth ministry director at a local church and taught as a university instructor. He currently works on the planning committee for CHIC 2015 and also directs Journey to Mosaic Squared, a three-week urban immersion experience for young leaders.
As a Covenanter, key for Dominique is the ECC’s theology and its commitment to compassion, mercy, justice, and racial reconciliation, as well as its emphasis on multiculturalism, church-planting, and affirmation of women in ministry—all issues he believes “are near and dear to the heart of God.”
Dominique says discipleship is the biggest need in the church today: “We need to do a better job of cultivating cosmopolitan Christians who understand that our chief identity in this world is being a follower of Christ.”

Choose a superpower—fly or be invisible: I’d choose invisibility for two reasons: I could play the best tricks on people at the most unexpected times, and I could assess the integrity of people, organizations, and institutions by watching what they do when they think no one is looking.
