CHICAGO, IL (September 18, 2014) — Popular Christian rock duo for KING & COUNTRY will be one of the groups to perform on the main stage at CHIC2015.
Joel and Luke Smallbone, the two Australian brothers who comprise the band, have released multiple albums—For King and Country: The EP (2011), Crave (2012), and Into the Silent Night (2013). They released Run Wild. Live Free. Love Strong. on Tuesday.
Their song “Busted Heart (Hold Onto Me)” reached number 3 on Billboard’s song chart. Much of for KING & COUNTRY’s music, including their latest album, can be streamed on their website.
The band raised expectations with the release of Crave and a win for New Artist of the Year at the 2013 GMA Dove Awards, where they received six nominations. Billboard also named them as one of the New Artists to Watch in 2012, and American Songwriter compared them to Coldplay.
The brothers previously sang background vocals for their sister, gospel artist Rebecca St. James.

CHIC2015 will be held July 12-17, 2015, at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
