Applicants Sought for Teaching Fellowship

CHICAGO, IL (January 1, 2013) – North Park Theological Seminary is welcoming applications and nominations for a full-time teaching fellowship in church history. It is a non-tenure track, two-year appointment beginning fall 2013.

The position will suit candidates with all-but-dissertation status, for whom a reduced teaching load will be available, but is also open to those with completed doctorates. The successful candidate will be a member of the seminary faculty for the duration of the appointment.

The candidate should also expect to develop teaching expertise in the history of the Evangelical Covenant Church and be committed to its history, or to that of Pietism, as a research interest.

The deadline for receipt of applications is February 8. Interviews are scheduled for February 26.
