SPRING VALLEY, CA (January 19, 2010) – A memorial service for Jean Sands, widow of Evangelical Covenant Church pastor Donald Sands, will be conducted at 7 p.m. on January 25 at Mt. Miguel Covenant Village. Sands died Sunday.
